With over two decades of dedicated experience in the marine industry, my professional journey began in 2001 at Starr Industries, where I gained foundational expertise in the precision manufacturing of boatlifts and docks. In 2004, I transitioned into specialized sales and service, a move that allowed me to bridge the gap between technical construction and real-world application. To further expand my leadership and operational skills, I stepped into a senior sales and administrative role in 2011, overseeing complex projects and streamlining client relations.
Driven by a deep understanding of waterfront solutions and a desire to provide a more personalized, customer-centric experience, I officially launched B&T Dock and Lift LLC in March 2026. My career has been built on a unique vantage point—having seen the industry from the manufacturing floor to the administrative office—enabling me to offer my clients unparalleled insight and reliable results.
